Hooha's automotive wiring harness automation program can increase production efficiency by about 30% and quality defects by 50%. A company can save more than one million yuan a year and can recover costs between one year and one and a half years. In addition to improving productivity and reducing quality defects, hooha's smart factory solution can collect and analyze field data in real time, providing a data foundation for early warning and monitoring.

 

However, even if the customers in the same industry, the difference in the demand for the program is still large, the amount of custom development to achieve the development of the overall project volume of about 20%. Sven said that in the future, they will increase the construction of common parts and improve the efficiency of custom development. The current size of the company's team can undertake 8 projects at the same time, with a project period of 4-8 months. Hooha has established a branch in Dongguan and it is expected that 15 projects can be undertaken in the future.

 

There are fewer smart solution providers in the automotive wire harness industry, and the hooha wire harness has reached the national market share in the domestic market of this industry. The country has served 15 clients in seven provinces, basically foreign and large-scale private enterprises.

 

The country's auto wire harness market is about 100 billion yuan. The market size of injection molding processing is about trillion grade, but the number of smart solution providers is also relatively large. The hooha harness indicates that due to the maturity of technology and solutions, most of the orders they receive are from Big B customers. The two injection molding groups that are currently serving have annual sales of more than 4 billion yuan.

 

The companies that make intelligent manufacturing solutions mainly include GE and Siemens. However, they mainly deal with the factory architecture, similar to consulting services, and do not implement them. In China, there are Xinsong, Shen Zisuo, Beizizi, Shanghai Yonggan and others. Sven believes that in the automotive wire harness industry, hooha wire harnesses have a technical and market first-mover advantage, and there are currently no strong competitors on the market.
