4, harness bundles cannot be "dead", should be slight "a few" shape. Because the tension is too straight, when the vehicle vibrates, the terminal is loose, which may cause poor contact. 6, the precautions of the wire harness
a. The harness should be routed along the sides, slots, beams, etc. of the body to avoid the harness being under pressure. b. In order to reduce the length of the wire harness, try to select the H-type wiring.

b. For connectors that can only be inserted and removed with one hand, the other end of the connector should be fixed to the body.
c. Apply the color, size, internal positioning and other methods to the connectors in the same part to prevent misassembly.
d. The wire harness at the end of the connector should be reserved for a certain length to facilitate the insertion and removal of the connector. For the wire harness at the switch end, it is recommended to reserve 80-100mm. Instruments, audio, air-conditioning panels and other electrical components with relatively high maintenance rates, the rear-end wiring harness is reserved for lengths that can be easily inserted and removed.
e. The wiring harness of the fuse box should have enough margin to facilitate the disassembly of the fuse box.
f. The wiring harness should fully consider the interchangeability, so it should be reasonably segmented according to the actual situation and structure of the vehicle.
9, wiring harness fixing and protection aspects
a. It is recommended that the distance between the two fixed points is not more than 300mm, and a fixed point is added at the corner.
b. Add a fixed point at 120mm of the connector to reduce the vibration of the terminal in the connector and the weight of the harness, and add a fixed point at the branch of the main harness.
c. In some positions, in order to maintain the gap between the wire harness and the periphery, a hard pipe or a splint is used to ensure that the wire harness is not deformed.
d. Partial position In order to ensure the directionality of the harness, a snap with positioning should be used.
e. The outer leakage of the harness and the friction with the vehicle body are protected by a bellows, and the portion closer to the exhaust pipe is a 150-degree closed bellows.
4, the movement check of the harness
a. The four-door harness and the body joint should be reserved for a sufficient length, and also prevent excessive accumulation of the harness after the door is closed.
b. Reserve a certain length between the engine and the wiring harness of the engine room to prevent the wire harness from being pulled when the engine is shaken (the diesel car should be reserved more).
c. Harnesses for power seat seats, etc., should fully consider whether the wire harness will rub against other parts.
d. Some harnesses move parallel with the body, and the parts that emit sound should be added to the sea surface or fixed to avoid noise.
