The DF52 series is a 0.8mm-pitch wire-to-board connector designed for small, high-density applications. Featuring a robust design with thickened housing walls and box-shaped crimp contacts, it ensures durability and prevents deformation during assembly. It supports high-current applications (up to 2.5A/pin for 28 AWG) using conductive materials and optimized contact resistance. The open-side housing allows visual confirmation of mating, enhancing reliability. Halogen-free and compliant with environmental standards, it operates in temperatures from -40°C to +85°C and offers insulation resistance (100MΩ min) and withstanding voltage (300V AC). Available in 2-20 positions, it includes SMT receptacles and crimp plugs, ideal for consumer electronics, industrial equipment, and compact devices requiring reliable connectivity in limited spaces.
