Hirose DF59M Connector
The Hirose DF59M series is a high-performance Wire-to-Board (W-to-B) connector designed for space-constrained applications. Featuring a 2mm pitch and a right-angle SMT mounting style, it offers a mated height of just 2.48mm, ideal for high-density PCB layouts. The robust Swing-Lock mechanism ensures secure mating with a horizontal lock strength of 16N, preventing accidental disconnections under stress. Rated for up to 6A (22 AWG) and 300V AC/DC, it operates reliably across an extended temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The crimp-style termination supports AWG 22-28 wires, with tin-plated copper alloy contacts ensuring durable connections. UL94V-0 flammability-rated materials (LCP/PBT insulators) and compliance with UL/CSA safety standards enhance reliability in industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics.
