The Hirose GT50 series is a compact, high-reliability wire-to-board connector designed for automotive internal connections. Its key features include a 1mm pitch and a single-row configuration, which contribute to space savings and weight reduction in end products. The connector is engineered for demanding automotive environments, offering high heat resistance up to 125℃. A stabilizer mechanism reduces contact wear, enabling high vibration resistance. It features a robust design for secure cable routing that prevents disconnection and incorporates a user-friendly lock to prevent incomplete mating, enhancing contact reliability. Available in 2 to 16 positions, it supports crimp termination and surface-mount technology (SMT), making it a suitable solution for reliable, compact interconnects within vehicles.
