Hirose ZH05 Connector
The Hirose ZH05 series is a compact, 0.5mm size, 2.0mm pitch wire-to-board connector designed for reliable internal automotive connections. Its narrow width saves space, and it features short-circuit and electric-shock prevention for enhanced safety. The connector is built for harsh environments, offering high-temperature resistance up to 125°C and high vibration resistance. It is also suitable for potting applications. The series includes a wide variety of plug and receptacle types in 16, 20, 24, 28, and 32 positions, with both straight and right-angle orientations, and is available in housing colors such as black, dark gray, and gray. It utilizes two types of mating keys (A and B) to prevent mis-mating, is compatible with 22 to 26 AWG wire (0.13 to 0.35 mm²), supports SMT and THR mounting, and has a 2.0A rating at 60V AC/DC.
