JST BHL Connector

The JST BHL Connector is a compact wire-to-board connector specifically designed for LCD backlight power supply applications. It offers a smaller board footprint compared to the BHS connector while providing superior space efficiency. With a mounting height reduced by 13%, the BHL achieves a slim profile of just 2.8 mm, making it ideal for compact device designs. Its design incorporates a contact lance mechanism that securely locks the contacts into the housing, enhancing voltage withstand performance. Additionally, the BHL features a mis-insertion prevention system with reverse-insertion ribs on both sides of the housing and a robust locking mechanism to protect against accidental disconnection caused by vibrations or external shocks.
