JST BL Connector, Wire to Wire Type
The JST BL Connector is a wire-to-wire solution designed specifically for short-circuit connections. Engineered for reliability, it features innovative housing lances made of resilient plastic, securing contacts firmly within the housing while ensuring smooth and consistent insertion. This design minimizes handling damage and enhances the tactile feedback upon proper insertion. Secondary retainers add an extra layer of safety, guiding improperly inserted contacts into position and locking them securely. Additionally, a compact panel lock construction prevents wire tangling and accidental breakage during use. For added convenience, pre-assembled connectors with built-in tab contacts are available, streamlining installation processes and reducing assembly time.
