JST FAH Connector, Screw Lock Type Wire to Wire
The JST FAH Connector is a robust 2-circuit wire-to-wire solution designed for high-current applications, offering a maximum current rating of 90A. This innovative connector comes with a pre-loaded housing that includes contacts for enhanced convenience. The wire terminations are achieved through ring tongue terminals, securely mounted to the connector using screws, which ensures a reliable connection. Additionally, these ring tongue terminals can be replaced by busbars, providing flexibility for various configurations. The compact design optimizes space utilization while incorporating safety features such as finger protection and housings that prevent incorrect mating. It is also compatible with crimp-style ring terminals, making it a versatile and user-friendly choice for demanding electrical systems.

- Insulation resistance: After environmental tests/ 100 M Ω min.
- Withstanding voltage: There shall be no breakdown or flashover while applying 3,000 VAC for one minute.
- Applicable ring terminals: As described in the above section on rated current.
- Applicable wire range: Conductor size/ AWG #10 to AWG #4, Insulation O.D./ φ 10.3 mm max.
- Current rating: The rated current of this product for each combination of wire and crimp terminal is shown in the table below. However, the crimp terminals must be manufactured by JST
