Now available in 14-circuit hybrid headers and receptacles, it offers an extensive range of circuit sizes to support diverse design needs. This stackable system provides exceptional design flexibility for OEMs and device manufacturers by eliminating the need for custom tooling, accommodating both low-level signal transmission and high-power applications of up to 30A. Compliant with USCAR-2 Class II mechanical and electrical performance standards for unsealed applications, the Stac64 system ensures seamless compatibility with wire harness connectors adhering to USCAR/EWCAP industry footprints. Additionally, it enables automotive manufacturers to use header assemblies as stand-alone components or combine multiple headers to address varied signal and power requirements for devices and modules. This adaptability makes the Stac64 system a robust choice for integrating signal and power connectivity in automotive designs.
