The HV sealed connector series is an enhanced and upgraded version of the existing HX sealed connector series, designed to provide even higher reliability in various applications. One notable addition to the HV sealed connector series is the HVG sealed series, which incorporates a finger-holding portion on the side wall of the female connector. This innovative design improvement aims to enhance matting performance by giving users a more secure grip during connection and disconnection processes. By ensuring a better fit between connectors, it helps prevent any potential signal loss or disruption.

Furthermore, these connectors have a mechanism that detects terminal incomplete insertion. This means they have built-in safeguards to ensure proper installation and minimize any risks associated with partial or incorrect terminal insertion. The connector mechanism only allows the Terminal Position Assurance (TPA) or Retainer to be set when the terminal is completely inserted, thereby guaranteeing optimal functionality and reducing the chances of malfunction.

In terms of installation convenience, these connectors can be directly secured to stay on the car body. This feature simplifies assembly processes and provides stability for long-term usage in automotive applications.
