TE Sensor Flat Connectors are high-reliability solutions for harsh environments like engine sensors. Designed to prevent fretting corrosion caused by vibrations, they feature a stainless steel spring for stable connections. Built with CuNiSi contacts (tin/silver/gold-plated), they endure -40°C to +150°C. Compliant with ISO 16750-3 vibration standards and IP67/IP6K9K sealing (with backshells), they resist dust, water, and pressure. Available in 2-, 3-, and 4-position configurations with CPA and secondary locks for secure mating, they support 0.35–2.5 mm² wires and up to 25A. Ideal for automotive (trucks, buses) and industrial applications, they enable retrofitting via mold kits for corrosion resistance. Compact, durable, and easy to install, they ensure dependable performance in extreme conditions.
