The UL10368 wire is a halogen-free XLPE jacket wire designed for high-performance applications, featuring a temperature rating of 105°C and voltage rating of 300V. It supports both bare and tinned copper conductors (solid or stranded) in gauges ranging from 40 to 10 AWG. The halogen-free XLPE insulation ensures low smoke and toxicity during combustion, complying with UL758 and UL1581 standards. It passes stringent UL VW-1 and FT1 flame tests for enhanced safety. Available in multiple colors, including red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and more, the wire offers uniform insulation thickness for ease of stripping and cutting, making it ideal for industrial, automotive, and electrical installations requiring durability and flame resistance.
