UL1571 Wire
UL 1571 (Style 1571) is a UL 758-compliant appliance wiring material designed for internal electrical applications. Rated for 80°C and 30 VAC, it features a solid or stranded tinned/bare copper conductor (50 AWG minimum) with extruded PVC-based insulation (SRPVC, foamed, XL, etc.), ensuring a minimum thickness of 2 mils. Optional coverings include materials like nylon, ETFE, or polyester for enhanced protection. The wire meets RoHS standards and passes stringent UL VW-1 and FT1 flame tests, supporting horizontal flame resistance. Uniform insulation thickness simplifies stripping and cutting, while color variety (red, green, blue, etc.) aids circuit identification. Ideal for low-voltage control circuits, appliances, and industrial equipment, UL 1571 prioritizes safety, durability, and compliance in demanding environments.

- Conductor: 50 AWG minimum. Solid or stranded.
