UL3385 Halogen-free XLPE Wire, 300V 105℃ 32 to 10 AWG

UL3385 Halogen-free XL-PE Wire

This UL3385 wire is a halogen-free XLPE-jacketed cable designed for high reliability in demanding environments. Rated for 105℃ and 300V, it supports both bare and tinned copper conductors (solid or stranded) in sizes from 32-10 AWG. Its halogen-free cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation ensures low smoke and toxicity during combustion, complying with UL758 and UL1581 standards. The wire passes stringent UL VW-1 and FT1 flame tests, offering enhanced fire resistance. Uniform insulation thickness simplifies stripping and installation, while multiple color options aid circuit identification. Ideal for appliances, machinery, and automotive applications, UL3385 combines safety, durability, and ease of use in a versatile, UL-certified design.
