UL3398 Halogen-free XLPE Wire

The UL3398 Halogen-free XLPE Jacket Wire is a high-performance electrical wire designed for safety and durability. Rated for 105℃ and 300V, it features halogen-free cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, ensuring low smoke emission and minimal toxic fumes during combustion. Compatible with bare or tinned copper conductors (solid or stranded), it supports wire gauges from 32 to 10 AWG and is available in multiple colors for easy identification. Compliant with UL758 and UL1581 standards, it passes rigorous UL VW-1 and FT1 flame tests, making it ideal for appliances, industrial equipment, and commercial installations. Its uniform insulation thickness simplifies stripping and cutting, enhancing installation efficiency while prioritizing environmental and fire safety.
