JST SUR Connector, Custom Wire Harness Assembly

Introduction

The JST SUR series is the world's first 0.8mm pitch wire-to-board insulation displacement connector (IDC), offering compact and space-efficient solutions for high-density PCB applications. Available in side-entry (3.9mm depth, 1.75mm height) and top-entry (2.2mm depth, 3.9mm height) configurations, it reduces board space by 34% compared to traditional 1.0mm pitch connectors. Key features include a 3-point grip design for secure wire retention, compatibility with superfine AWG#32/#36 stranded wires, and a shrouded header for improved alignment. Rated for 0.5A (30V DC) and operating from -25°C to +85°C, it ensures reliable performance in harsh environments. Compliant with RoHS and certified to EIA-60389/LR20812, the SUR series supports 2-22 circuits with PA (UL94V-0) housing and tin-plated contacts.
